If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No need to explain — though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.
This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you may have, such as the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- the email address used for the purchase, and
- your order or receipt number (from your Paddle receipt).
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and may no longer be used to unlock the Software or receive updates.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated purchase and refund cycles or fraud).
